Be devoted to one another in brotherly love. Honor one another above yourselves. – Romans 12:10
What does it mean to honor someone above yourself?
Who in your life has put your needs ahead of their own? What impression did that leave on you?
If you love only those who love you, what good is that? Even scoundrels do that much. If you are friendly only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else? Even the heathen do that. -Matthew 5:46-47
Who is easy for you to love and honor above yourself?

Why is it important that we love those who are difficult to love?
